Canterbury City Community Centre (4Cs) is seeking a passionate and values-driven Human Resource Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is inspired by the mission of a traditional not-for-profit, while embracing the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly changing sector.

The role is designed to enhance Canterbury City Community Centre’s (4Cs) human resource management and to support staff in maintaining high performance in a dynamic environment.

It includes leading the Executive team through a changing environment while highlighting the impact of 4Cs services to the community, including support for elderly residents, women, migrants, refugees and families.

The position is based in Belmore and is part of the 4Cs Executive team, reporting to the CEO.

4Cs is a dynamic not-for-profit community organisation with offices in Lakemba and Belmore, serving the diverse communities of Canterbury-Bankstown and the Inner West local government areas. We proudly celebrated 50 years of service in 2022.
