We seek a Registered Nurse who is committed to ensuring Canterbury City Community Centre’s (4CS) aged care services consistently meet clients needs by providing care and support services that ensure optimal quality of life.

The role is designed to enhance 4CS Aged Care Service delivery and is responsible for client clinical care, assessment and review, ongoing clinical support, oversight and supervision of clinical practice of our Home Support and Social Inclusion Teams.

The role is based in Belmore and is part of the 4Cs Aged Services division, reporting to the Manager for Aged Care Services.

The 4Cs is a dynamic not-for-profit community organisation based in Lakemba and Belmore, serving diverse communities in the Canterbury-Bankstown and the Inner West local government areas and celebrating 50 years of service in 2022.
