As Team Leader, you’ll have the opportunity to:

You’ll provide day-to-day leadership, operational oversight, and practice support across counselling and outreach services, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and compassion.
Key responsibilities include:
You’re a confident and compassionate leader who thrives in dynamic community settings. You know how to motivate teams, navigate complexity, and create environments where both staff and clients feel supported, respected, and empowered.
