Your Day-to-Day

• Provide 1:1 and group support to help clients achieve their NDIS goals.
• Collaborate in developing person-centred care plans and adapting them to individual needs.
• Be a trusted ally, advocating for clients' choices, rights, and independence.
• Assist with personal care and medication administration to ensure client safety and wellbeing.

What You Bring

• Certificate IV in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities in diverse settings.
• Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines, and relevant disability legislation.
• A caring, client-first approach that fosters dignity, choice, and control.

What You Need

• Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening.
• A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
