Your Day-to-Day
- Provide 1:1 and group support to help clients achieve their NDIS goals.
- Collaborate in developing person-centred care plans and adapting them to individual needs.
- Be a trusted ally, advocating for clients' choices, rights, and independence.
- Assist with personal care and medication administration to ensure client safety and wellbeing.
What You Bring
- Certificate IV in Community Services (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities in diverse settings.
- Strong understanding of NDIS guidelines, and relevant disability legislation.
- A caring, client-first approach that fosters dignity, choice, and control.

What You Need
- Current National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening.
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
