ROLE

Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, this role offers you the chance to take ownership of their Workplace Giving Program and make a real impact on both the organisation and our community!

You get to build your fundraising experience through supporting their Partnerships team committed to driving growth, engagement, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities along with other initiatives within this much loved organisation.

The role would suit a professional natural relationship builder with experience either in community relations or fundraising support (or relevant business experience) and the ability to work in a large complex organisation. Bring your exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, strong administration and communication capabilities to effectively manage relationships, driving engagement and support with a broad range of stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, implement and grow innovative workplace giving program.
  • Engage and present to new prospects, developing longer term funding sources and strong relationships.
  • Support annual corporate volunteering program for existing partners.
  • Provide support to Corporate Partnerships Manager and Corporate Partnerships Coordinator.
  • Manage communications (quarterly Workplace Giving newsletter, third party platforms, reward/recognition) and develop annual campaign calendar.
  • Work with Corporate Partnerships Manager and Senior Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to identify and implement donor journey.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts, using data to inform future planning.
  • Undertake market research and identify trends in Workplace Giving in Australia for improvement.

YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or fundraising desirable with previous experience in corporate partnerships, community relations and workplace giving highly regarded but not essential.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, with analytical skills.
  • Confident communicator and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with proven ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Positive can-do attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills with strong work ethic and professional manner.
  • Strong time and project administration capabilities.
  • Experience working in a membership-based organisation to support and empower members and volunteers.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in community service ideal.
