Join our dynamic team at St. Augustine's Long Day Care and Kindergarten in Augustine Heights as a Group Leader! Are you passionate about creating a safe and stimulating environment for children? Experience in daily programming is a must, as you'll be shaping enriching experiences for our little ones every day. Collaborate with families and colleagues to deliver tailored programs that cater to the unique needs of each child. Hours: Full-time - 38 hours per week
Remuneration: as per the Children’s Services Modern Award 2010. Level 4.1 to Level 4.3 depending on qualifications and experience.

• Develop and execute an exceptional, inclusive educational curriculum.
• Nurture children's growth and development, ensuring they learn and enjoy themselves in a joyful, secure environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional and personal growth opportunities.
• Advocate for our service within the local community, aligning with Catholic Early EdCare's values and educational ethos.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma qualification recognised by ACECQA
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework & the National Quality Standard
• Effective workplace communication skills
