Your Role as an OSHC Educator:

  • Gain practical hands-on experience while studying your bachelor’s degree. There are 8 areas of study that are approved as relevant qualifications for working with school-age children, for example early childhood education and care qualification, behavioural science, community services, creative arts/ fine arts/ drama or music, nursing/ physiotherapy/ occupational therapy/ diversional therapy or speech pathology, primary/ secondary or special education, sport and recreation and human welfare studies and services.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
