The Manager (internally known as a Practice Manager) will work collaboratively with two managers in our Carer Gateway program to co-lead and guide a team of Counsellors and Intake Workers in the day-to-day delivery of client services. You may also support the community management of the forum by overseeing Moderators and Community Builders.
The Carer Gateway Service is a National service operating Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm (non daylight savings) and between 8am and 9pm during daylight savings. In this role you may be required to be on an on-call roster until 8pm.
