Due to significant growth in the Sydney Metro area, we are expanding our services and are actively seeking experienced Youth Workers to join our team.

These permanent part-time roles support young people aged 11–18 in Out of Home Care. You’ll work on a 24/7 rotating roster (including sleepovers and awake shifts), with your schedule provided two weeks in advance.

What We’re Looking For

• A Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Community Services or Youth Work (or willingness to enrol)
• Experience supporting young people with trauma, disabilities, or complex needs
• A trauma-informed, therapeutic approach
• Strong boundaries, resilience, and a heart for service
• A valid NSW Driver’s Licence, Working With Children Check, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
