CatholicCare are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a passionate team delivering life-changing support to people living with mental illness.

This is incredibly meaningful work that requires emotional resilience, as you’ll be supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and lived experiences that may be confronting.

CatholicCare’s new Clinical Care Program, is designed to expand access to vital mental health services across the Central Coast. By bringing together a team of dedicated professionals, we’re delivering evidence-based, person-centred care to individuals who might otherwise go without support - all within a flexible, stepped care model that meets people where they are.

What You’ll Do

• Provide hands-on, practical support to clients on their recovery journey
• Collaborate with Case Workers and Specialist Leads to deliver coordinated clinical care
• Build strong community connections and support networks
• Assist clients in accessing health services and attending appointments
• Maintain accurate, client-focused records

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in mental health, social services, or similar
• Resilience, empathy, and a trauma-informed approach
• A current NSW Driver’s Licence, WWCC, and Police Check
• (Desirable) Qualifications in mental health, social work, or nursing
