This is a permanent part-time role designed to provide consistency and stability for our clients. As such, a strong commitment to your scheduled shifts is essential to ensure the highest quality of care and support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting participants using individualised care plans tailored to their goals and strengths.
• Providing personal care with compassion, dignity, and respect.
• Encouraging community participation and meaningful social connections.
• Assisting with daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, and meal prep.
• Administering and managing medications as required.
• Building strong, positive relationships with participants, families, and your team.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in person-centred support within a disability setting.
• Relevant qualifications (desirable).
• A valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to an insured vehicle.
• Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check, and NDIS Orientation Module.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
