Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking two Employment Support Officers, based in our Maitland and Cessnock office to support Disability Employment Support (DES) participants once placed in a position to assist with the maintenance and ongoing sustainability of their employment.
Working as a part of a collaborative team, through effective delivery of post placement support, you will assist participants as they work towards independence in the workplace. You will be required to:
This is a 'hands on' and varied position, where no two days are ever the same. You will need to be willing and able to roll up your sleeves, get involved to train and assist your participants to achieve sustainable employment.
Both positions are Full Time Permanent roles with one primarily based at our Maitland office and the other at our Cessnock office – however you may be required to work from any of our locations. Some flexibility may be required at times across working locations and hours in order to support participants.
