The Operations Support Officer (OSO) assists the Business Services division by providing high level support to the Executive Leadership Team in coordinating asset management, procurement, maintenance, and general administrative functions.
You will be required to respond to and resolve maintenance tickets for our property and fleet assists. You will possess high level task management skills, with the ability to prioritise based on level of importance and urgency. You will be accountable for the ongoing management of Casa’s fleet portfolio, including facilitation of regular servicing, registration, insurance, and fleet tracking. In addition to fleet management, you will support basic IT queries between staff and our contracted IT provider.
An exciting part of this role is the opportunity to be involved in long term property management projects and assist to audit and improve our properties to the Casa Standard. As part of this project, you will be instrumental in the rollout and implementation of a new key management system. This position interacts with various departments within Casa, and you will be required to provide general administrative assistance to The Executive Leadership Team as needed. Casa is a fast-paced environment, and you will be adaptive and responsive to shifting needs and priorities.
