We are seeking a driven and passionate Executive Assistant to be the supportive force for our CEO and Board of Directors.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high level administrative support for the CEO, the Board and the Company Secretary. This is a new position within the organisation and the ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

If this sounds like you then please apply:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Administration or Business
• Substantial experience in the provision of high-level administrative and/or high-level secretarial support
• Ability to undertake preparation of correspondence and documentation such as briefs, minutes, and report writing
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of people
• Have strong values and looking to make a difference in the lives of those living with a disability in Central Australia
