Carpentaria is a not-for-profit organisation providing disability and therapy services for children, adolescents and adults in the Northern Territory. Carpentaria has a rare opportunity for an experienced Allied Health professional to lead and develop our dynamic multi-disciplinary Therapy Services Team, which includes occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, physiotherapists and allied health assistants.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing clinical governance and ensuring the effective and efficient management of Allied Health services across urban and remote NT areas, that are delivered in line with best practice, legislative and NDIS guidelines and requirements.
Leading by example, you will work collaboratively to build strong relationships both internally and externally, whilst monitoring the ongoing viability of services through the management of business and clinical key performance indicators. You will provide strategic advice and direction to ensure that the Therapy Services Program continues to respond to NT service needs with a focus on continuous improvement and quality person-centred service delivery.
This position requires an experienced Allied Health professional with strong clinical and leadership skills, and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team. You will have a positive attitude and be adaptive and flexible, with excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and the ability to work well under the pressure.

You will also need to hold (or have the ability to obtain) a current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid certificate, evidence of Australian work rights, and an NT Drivers Licence.
