What does the role involve?

You will work within a team to deliver data driven marketing and fundraising outcomes. Delivering data through extractions (SF Reports/R-Studio) and analysis and reporting on campaign and program performance (Power BI), providing insights into supporter behaviour and opportunities to optimise fundraising efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement across our CRM and other related systems.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop business solutions through data delivery, insights, analysis and reporting
  • Lead data integrity and improvements of CRM and reporting systems
  • Build and create dashboards for various stakeholders

This role will be based in our Mascot office and will work a hybrid model, including two days in the office per week.

Who are we looking for?

For this role, we are seeking a collaborative and innovative individual with a mix of the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

  • CRM or other relational database administration experience, advanced data query and data analysis techniques (familiarity with Salesforce and SOQL highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of working with BI reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build trusting and positive working relationships
