The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide vital support to our CEO. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in dynamic, values-driven environments and is passionate about enabling leadership from behind the scenes.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations—managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and serving as a trusted liaison across our internal teams and external partners.

Your Contribution

You will:

  • Manage complex scheduling, communications, and logistics for the CEO
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations with clarity and precision
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and drive follow-up actions
  • Act as a key contact point for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the tracking of strategic priorities and business plan objectives
  • Ensure confidentiality and trust in all matters

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting senior executives
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom/Google Meet
  • Strong writing and document preparation skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for CareerTrackers’ purpose and a deep respect for First Nations self-determination and leadership
