This unique role will require you to lead our creative team of designers as you work together on themed creative campaign work from blank page to implementation. This is an opportunity for someone who is process driven with a high level of organisation; someone will ensure that deadlines are met every time and change lives in the process.
Responsibilities
- Interpret creative briefs to produce high-quality marketing communication materials to maintain a consistent visual brand identity while ensuring compliance with print and online standards. This includes presenting final creative concepts to stakeholders and actioning feedback.
- Provide hands-on creative design leadership in concept development and design to support the brand and wider marketing strategy.
- Oversee and guide creative projects so that they are aligned with brand vision, while also maintaining quality across digital and print assets for integrated marketing communications.
- Lead a small team of designers and external freelancers, providing both guidance and direction to ensure projects are completed successfully. This includes monitoring the quality of creative output to ensure the work aligns to the overall brand identity.
- Manage the Creative Services Team job scheduling to meet all deadlines while ensuring established procedures, processes, and file management are followed diligently.
- Creative direction of photoshoots to ensure photography is on brand and meets brief and marketing requirements.
- Manage and maintain the brand and digital asset management platform.
- Work with the Digital team to ensure alignment on creative solutions for multiple channels.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team of inhouse and external designers, managing workload and job scheduling to ensure competing deadlines are met.
- Demonstrated experience in leading creative across multi-channel campaigns, delivering high-impact content to brief, on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
- Experience working within a fast-paced inhouse or agency environment.
- Demonstrated skills and experience using the Adobe Creative suite and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced knowledge of print production process, including variable data and overprinting
