Are you passionate about making a difference? Do you thrive on building strong relationships and driving fundraising success? Heart Foundation is seeking a dedicated Community Fundraising Coordinator to help us support Australians in living healthier, longer lives.
In this vital role, you'll be the driving force behind our community fundraising efforts. You'll work closely with individuals, community groups, and workplaces; helping them meet and exceed their fundraising goals. Your focus will be on growing and nurturing supporter relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering exceptional donor experiences.
You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and one of our East Coast offices (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra).
