The role

Supporting the Director and Consulting team to identify, attract and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the hiring client’s brief and ensuring a great candidate experience from application to placement.

Your role will include:

  • Using a variety of sourcing tools including the Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn), LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and job boards to reach and engage with candidates.
  • Writing compelling adverts to attract active candidates.
  • Composing persuasive headhunting messages to passive candidates.
  • Conducting phone screens to ascertain Candidate skills, experience, cultural fit, and job preferences.
  • Conducting reference checks and any other compliance requirements as required by the hiring client.
  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is consistently updated with all new candidates, tracking each interaction, and updating with any new information.
  • Consistently delivering a first-class candidate experience, responding to applications and messages in a timely and professional manner.

The person

In addition, you will have:

  • Recent experience either in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Resourcing/Consulting
  • A good level of comfort actively reaching out to passive candidates and presenting career opportunities
  • An ability to assess the best candidates based on a variety of criteria as requested by the client
  • Synergy with the values and ethics of the ‘for purpose’ sectors and a genuine interest in the future of our planet
  • A customer focussed approach, delivering an outstanding candidate experience from application to placement
  • Ability to freqnetly switch between recruitment projects to support the deadlines of the Consulting team
