CARE Australia (part of CARE International) is an international aid organisation working to defeat global poverty by supporting women and girls to create lasting change in their communities around the world.
We are establishing a single Technology and Data Department that will bring together every digital capability at CARE and are seeking a dynamic CIO to lead this newly created function.
In this strategic leadership role, you will act as a bridge between technology and the broader organisation. You will provide strategic guidance to all business functions on technology initiatives, while leading the internal technology team and an ecosystem of external partners and consultants. The role oversees day-to-day service delivery, major system enhancements, data-analytics initiatives and cybersecurity oversight.
You are an experienced senior technology leader with a passion for purpose-driven work. In addition to your strong technical acumen, you bring a collaborative leadership style and a vision for how technology can empower a mission-based organisation.
