We have a role available in our Papua New Guinea program. This role is open to both international and national candidates.
The PNG–Australia Transport Sector Support Program (TSSP) is a critical, high-priority Australian investment that stands to make a major contribution to PNG development outcomes.
Working closely with the Government of PNG (GoPNG), TSSP3 will build on the significant body of achievements, lessons, and relationships from the past 15 years of operation and will continue to contribute to the achievement of the overarching goal of:
‘A more effective, efficient, and inclusive transport system, enabling the economic and social development of PNG.’
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Senior Manager – People & Culture will oversee and lead all human resource (HR) management aspects of TSSP3. This role will coordinate and collaborate closely with the Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader and other senior managers to ensure the human resources function is effectively managed whilst achieving critical program milestones, goals and initiatives.
