Our service is comprised of a dedicated Home Visiting team, a Key Ages and Stages Outreach at Home program, as well as the Enhanced MCH team and the Universal MCH team, with a highly supportive admin team. Our service includes an expanding multidisciplinary Enhanced Team comprised of Family Support Roles, Early Parenting Support Roles and Maternal & Child Health Nurses. The successful individual will be well supported in working with complex families.
