About the Role

Our service is comprised of a dedicated Home Visiting team, a Key Ages and Stages Outreach at Home program, as well as the Enhanced MCH team and the Universal MCH team, with a highly supportive admin team. Our service includes an expanding multidisciplinary Enhanced Team comprised of Family Support Roles, Early Parenting Support Roles and Maternal & Child Health Nurses. The successful individual will be well supported in working with complex families.

We welcome applications from qualified Maternal and Child Health Nurses seeking to join a growing team of motivated individuals providing innovative, family centred services.

You will be a flexible and dynamic individual who enjoys the challenge and variety of working within a rapidly growing community with a mix of rural and metropolitan locations, and with families of a variety of backgrounds.

To be successful you will need to possess: 

• qualifications as a MCH Nurse
• current registration with AHPRA
• current Working with Children's Check
• current driver's license and have access to own vehicle
