CAPIRE IS GROWING

We are working in new sectors and new markets Australia wide and have new Consultant and Associate roles available to join our growing business.

Our Consultants are emerging professionals who are passionate about engaging with communities and stakeholders around issues such as urban design, infrastructure, community planning, health, renewable energy, and environment. They work with our team to effectively implement projects, build client relationships, write proposals, and hone their skills in engagement practice, facilitation, and project management. Consultants deliver and coordinate projects relative to their level of experience and take on more complex project roles as their experience grows.

They are:

  • Passionate about solving challenges and a ‘doer’.
  • People with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, dedicated individuals with a strong work ethos.
  • Super organised and productive, and excited to roll up their sleeves and get into the work required.
  • The kind of person who pre-empts client and project needs, and brings a positive, vibrant attitude into the workplace.
  • Low drama with the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Flexible, able to manage multiple work streams effectively in the face of changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in an often changing, deadline driven project delivery environment,
  • Committed to their own professional development and supporting the growth and development of others.
