Leading a large team of dedicated staff and committed members and volunteers, you will leverage on the past and look to the future on how to innovate and build capacity and services, generate revenue, and build strategic and collaborative partnerships, as well as advocate to stakeholders to enhance services and programs to meet the continuing needs of the community.

To be successful in this role you will be a proven people centric executive, with the gravitas and communication skills to build effective partnerships with likeminded organisations, lead a large workforce, engage the support of the broader community and deliver against its key objectives. You will demonstrate a strong values alignment and be known for your commitment to the community as well as your ability to achieve operational excellence through your strategic financial and business stewardship.
