Cancer Trials Australia (CTA) is a not-for- profit member-based organisation consisting of 33 clinical sites and 3 medical research institutes across Australia and New Zealand. We support the administration and management of clinical trials across both metropolitan and regional hospitals. We work in close partnership with clinical research sites, Sponsors and Contract Research Organisations to ensure patients can gain access to appropriate clinical trials as quickly as possible. We are seeking a collaborative and values-driven People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. The position will report directly into the CEO and assist with supporting the development and delivery of people initiatives aligned with CTA’s strategic priorities.
The successful individual will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to provide operational HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, including but not limited to recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, employee relations and compliance.
