Who we are

Cancer Council is the only charity that works across every area of cancer, from research to prevention and support. Every day, we support people affected by cancer when they need it most, speak out on behalf of the community on cancer issues, empower people to reduce their cancer risk, and find new ways to better detect and treat cancer.

Cancer Council ACT has been advocating for Canberrans living with cancer for almost 50 years. We are a group of passionate healthcare professionals and operational staff who are dedicated to a cancer-free future for the nation’s capital.

Together, it’s all of us against cancer.
