We’re looking for a Manager – Strategic Learning to lead the design of shared learning systems that help Burnie Works stay grounded in evidence, responsive to change, and focused on long-term outcomes. This is a role for a systems thinker who thrives in complexity and believes shared learning is a catalyst for change.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and implementing shared learning systems that drive strategic clarity and community accountability.
- Engage with external research, policy developments, and sector trends to elevate community voice in in systems change.
- Supporting partners to build capacity in evaluation, impact measurement, and storytelling.
- Supporting the implementation of Burnie Works’ two-worlds UMEL framework for adaptive strategy and reflective practice.
- Contributing to advocacy, policy, and sector influence through evidence-based insights.
