We’re looking for a strategic, systems-savvy Manager – Insights & Effectiveness to help us measure what matters, tell our story, and influence the systems we seek to change. This is a leadership role with real impact—shaping how we learn, adapt, and grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the implementation of insight and impact frameworks that connect local data and lived experience to decision-making—strengthened by continuous community feedback loops.
- Crafting clear, compelling communications—community updates, donor briefs, advocacy materials, and more—that reflect the voices and aspirations of Burnie.
- Embedding a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement across partners, guided by what matters most to the community.
- Aligning insights with funding strategies and strategic partnerships to support long-term, place-based outcomes.
- Supporting innovation through co-design, systems thinking, and digital tools that empower local solutions and shared accountability.
- Advising the executive team and engaging with funders, government, and community stakeholders to build trust, transparency, and collective impact.
You Might Be the One If…
- You’re a strategic communicator with a gift for turning complexity into clarity.
- You’ve led evaluation, impact, or advisory work—ideally in community, philanthropy, or consulting.
- You’re confident working across sectors and scales—from grassroots to government.
- You bring expertise in evaluation, systems thinking, and adaptive learning.
- You’re values-led, equity-focused, and excited by community-led change.
Why Burnie Works?
Because we’re not just collecting data—we’re building a movement. You’ll join a team that’s bold, collaborative, and deeply committed to reshaping how communities and systems work together.
