Are you a confident, approachable professional who knows how to keep things running smoothly - without missing a beat?
The Bunurong Land Council Aboriginal Corporation (BLCAC) is seeking a grounded and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO and Board of Directors. We are looking for someone who is not just capable - but the right person to walk alongside our leadership team with integrity, professionalism, and cultural respect.
BLCAC is the Registered Aboriginal Party (RAP) for the Bunurong people of the South-Eastern Kulin Nation. Our work champions the protection of culture, land, and community across Greater Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and the Bass Coast. We are a values-driven organisation with a proud connection to Country and a deep commitment to community.
As our Executive Assistant, you’ll be a trusted partner to the CEO and an essential link to the Board. You will help ensure the flow of communication, manage executive functions, and maintain structure behind the scenes. You will need to bring warmth, resilience, and professionalism.
You will be a strong communicator who’s comfortable working with senior leaders and navigating sensitive matters with discretion and cultural respect. You are someone who is adaptable, self-motivated, and brings a calm, solutions-focused approach to busy days.
Formal qualifications in administration or a related field are welcomed but not essential if your experience demonstrates the right capability and mindset.
