Role Overview

As the Administration and Compliance Officer, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that our clinical and organisational processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with all relevant legislation and standards.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of administrative support, compliance with NDIS and other regulatory requirements, and assisting with the coordination of service delivery. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to confidentiality will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

  • Manage client records, appointment scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and clinicians, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as required.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with NDIS, agency, and internal policies.
  • Support the development and review of policies, procedures, and behaviour support plans.
  • Assist with audit preparation and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with privacy legislation.
  • Collect and report data for funding, regulatory, and quality assurance purposes.

Client & Team Liaison:

  • Serve as a point of contact for client and team queries regarding administrative or compliance matters.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in administration, compliance, or quality assurance, preferably within the health, disability, or community services sector.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.

  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, client management systems).

  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a diverse team.

  • Commitment to the values of respect, collaboration, and inclusion.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of NDIS processes and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting clinical or allied health teams.
  • Lived experience or understanding of neurodiversity, LGBTQI, and/or culturally diverse communities.
