An exciting full-time opportunity in Frankston for someone ready to support capability, compliance and drive high-quality learning across Community Care.
We are excited to welcome a dedicated Training & Development Lead to our Frankston team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving training programs across Community Care. You will provide high-quality, accessible learning that supports staff capability, service excellence and meets regulatory requirements, while applying best practices in adult learning and ensuring alignment with relevant standards.
Salary: $90,962.92 - $97,875.15 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time employment)
