We’re seeking a professional Senior Manager, Service Standards with relevant experience to join the Disability Operations Team within BSL's Disability Services Division. This opportunity will be a permanent full-time position, working 38 - 40 hours per week.
Location is flexible across BSL NDIS offices (negotiable due to applicants' preference).

BSL is a partner organisation to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). BSL delivers the NDIS across metropolitan Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, support to people with a disability to access and navigate the NDIS.
The Senior Manager Service Standards will lead the development and implementation of a service model that considers available evidence, service frameworks/approaches, current practice, and the voice of people with lived experience.
This position leads the Service Standards Team responsible for ensuring services for scheme participants and other people with a disability are evidence-based, effective, continually improving, and provide a high-quality experience with measurable impact.

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we’re looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:
A person who is a First Nations person or who has knowledge of and experience working with First Nations staff would be highly regarded.
Lived experience of disability background in and/or experience working with CALD communities would be highly regarded.
