YOUR ROLE

This is a permanent full-time role based at Fitzroy with hybrid working arrangements. As a People and Culture Business Systems Analyst, this position will be responsible for managing, examining, maintaining and developing People and Culture systems, namely Chris21, PageUp, Kineo, CrimCheck, CultureAmp, Time and Attendance system, Ticketing System and Microsoft Dataverse, and associated integration files. 

The People and Culture Business Systems Analyst will be working in partnership with the Manager, HR Operations, HR Service Desk Team Leader and Payroll Team Leader to solve problems, suggest, and develop and implement significant improvements to HR and payroll processes

  • Supports the development, testing and implementation of People and Culture Systems which will include development of online forms, improving existing modules/workflows 
  • Performs requirements analysis, captures current state processes, develops future state mapping and process flows
  • Uses Agile, iterative approach to identify and execute improvement initiatives which will help to improve efficiency of various systems used by People and Culture team

Salary will be in the range of $93,861.36 to $98,110.59 per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be considered for the role and be successful in it, we’re looking for someone who has the following key skills and experiences:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working as an HR systems specialist
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology would be an advantage
  • Ability to communicate and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to prioritize projects and meet competing deadlines
  • Previous experience working with the Chris21 payroll system or similar payroll systems will be highly advantageous
  • Experience using PageUp and Microsoft Dataverse and power apps is an advantage
  • Previous experience with Systems implementation would be an advantage
