The Brotherhood of St Laurence Clifton Hill Aged Care facility, newly commissioned in March 2020, is opening another floor and requires a Clinical Care Coordinator. This full-time position, reporting to the Manager Residential Services requires an experienced CCC with a passion for providing exceptional care and support for residents with complex care needs. You will provide clinical guidance, leadership and education to staff to ensure an efficient team with a person-centred approach and ensure compliance to the Aged Care Standards.

Salary: $88,761.40 - $93,101.84 pa plus superannuation, based on skills and experience, salary packaging available to increase take home pay.
Applicants must disclose if they are currently working at another Community or Residential or Aged Care facility. There are current government directed guidelines in relation to Aged Care workers, working with more than one provider.
