Seeking support workers for EveryMan's supported accommodation and outreach programs.

EveryMan is seeking expressions of interest from people interested in working in our Supported Accommodation and Outreach Programs.

EveryMan is entering an exciting period of growth and expansion! We have opportunities for Support Workers at Level 3. If you commence as a Support Worker, there may be opportunities to progress to a Case Worker role, subject to work availability, performance and willingness to undertake further study, if required.

We support flexible working arrangements! Roles can be full-time or part-time.

Level 3 salary range (full-time equivalent):

• From $63,093 to $67,124 salary only
• From $83,187 to $87,600 total remuneration package *

* Total remuneration package includes 9.5% superannuation, plus $14,100 (approximate value of salary sacrificing, as a not-for-profit organisation).

What will you be doing?

Working in accommodation-related support and outreach services with men, their partners and families in our Men's Accommodation & Support Services, and with individuals and families in our Indigenous Services & Accommodation programs.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in direct support work with clients with complex needs
• Relevant experience working within a case management framework
• Demonstrated service delivery and teamwork skills
• Capacity to work sensitively and impartially with people experiencing considerable challenges and stress
• People from diverse backgrounds
