The Organisation

Our client, the Australian Chiropractors Association is a dynamic not-for-profit, membership-based organisation committed to promoting excellence within the allied health sector. Based in Parramatta, the dedicated and close-knit team is passionate about driving positive change and supporting professionals in this vital field.

This team works flexibly, with the typical expectation of 2-3 days per week in the office (or more, if desired).

The Opportunity

Looking for a career with real backbone? As the Regional Engagement Manager, you will be that vital connection with the members and chiropractic students. This dynamic role involves at least 2 days in the office per week, with some evening and weekend events.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Regional Leadership & Stakeholder Management You'll build and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders throughout your region. You'll represent ACA at important meetings and support committees by developing engagement action plans aligned with organisational strategy. Your ability to understand regional challenges faced by members will ensure their voices are heard and addressed effectively.
  • Member Engagement & Growth Your focus will be planning and executing membership activities and local engagement campaigns that truly resonate. You'll maintain excellent knowledge of ACA benefits and services to provide exceptional customer service to members. Through targeted outreach to educational institutions, you'll connect with chiropractic students and new practitioners to strengthen the pipeline of future professionals.
  • Operational Excellence & Support You'll coordinate local operations to ensure consistent and effective member engagement across your region. Working collaboratively with internal teams, you'll help deliver company strategy and manage specific projects as directed by the National Membership Manager. Your assistance with membership renewals and administrative support will keep the organisation functioning smoothly and efficiently.

The Person

We're seeking a professional who can help the ACA make adjustments that will strengthen our association through exceptional stakeholder management and member engagement skills.

  • 5+ years experience in professional membership associations or sophisticated customer service roles
  • Proven leadership experience with responsibility for people and financial budgets
  • Outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation abilities
  • Innovative self-starter with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Ability to build trust through respectful leadership and strong relationships
  • Team player committed to contributing to a positive organisational culture
