the role
We have an exciting new position available for a Service Leader, Coordination and Case management to join our Brightwater at Home team on a permanent full-time basis.
As a Brightwater Service Leader, you will be providing leadership and management for client services across Brightwater At Home in conjunction with other Service Leaders. The Service Leader works closely with the Manager, Brightwater At Home to provide high quality services to people living in their own homes.

What you will bring to the role
- Experience in managing and leading a team within a community service or related environment.
- Demonstrated experience in case management or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience, including staff supervision and program development.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Aged care quality standards
- Strong commitment to providing safe, high-quality care.
- Demonstrated understanding of business acumen, adept at navigating the intricacies of key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive successful program outcomes
- Working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health legislation; Aged Care Act (1997); Community Care Common Standards, and Community Care funding.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality concepts and ability to apply these to ensure continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication (both written & verbal) and interpersonal skills that deliver effective leadership, builds and develops teamwork, and establishes successful working relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal/external relationships and networks.
- Evidence of effective management of resources to agreed performance targets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of human resource management, including experience in staff recruitment and selection, performance management, and training and development.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage change in a care-related environment.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health/clinical discipline
- Current Western Australian ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence.
- Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months.
