• We seek a Transport Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in coordinating transport services for frail aged and people with disabilities.

You will be responsible to:

• Coordinate both Bridges and private vehicle transport for clients, liaising with Community Access staff as needed.
• Monitor and follow up on client welfare and well-being.
• Manage our volunteer driver network, ensuring health, safety, and well-being protocols compliance.
• Provide support, direction, and training to volunteers.
• Identify service gaps and contribute to improving volunteer services.
• Report on key metrics and maintain accurate data records.
