Physical Activity Australia, a division of Bluearth Foundation, is looking for an experienced Customer Service and Business Development Officer.

You will provide customer service for all telephone and email correspondence.

This includes dealing with all enquiries efficiently and effectively; processing Fitness Registration applications and renewals; maintaining the Salesforce CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database; liaising with Fitness industry course providers and training organisations.

You will have: customer service experience within the Fitness Industry; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; IT skills; Salesforce CRM skills; and experience using Microsoft Office suite.
