SEARMS is a registered Aboriginal Community Housing provider with offices in Batemans Bay and Canberra. They have served the Aboriginal communities in regional NSW since 2003 and more recently in Canberra.
SEARMS is in the midst of exceptional growth. They currently manage 500 properties, operate a property maintenance crew and oversee the development of new properties to add to their portfolio.

This new position is an identified position open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people only.
The Specialist Housing Manager reports to the Chief Services Officer and is responsible for leading the development of SEARMS first Aboriginal Women's and Children's Domestic and Family Violence Crisis accommodation program.
The role is based in Batemans Bay, and offers subsidised accommodation for the successful candidate who would need to relocate to the area.
