How to apply
Please submit:
- A current resume detailing a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in disability, community services, aged care, or welfare support.
- A brief cover letter addressing your ability to assess needs, plan support, and build trusted relationships with NDIS participants.
- Copies of your relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Community Services, Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care.
- Evidence of your current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check, or a statement confirming your willingness to obtain them.
- A copy of your current First Aid and CPR certificate, or confirmation of your willingness to obtain one.
- Confirmation of your legal right to work in Australia.
