About the Role

Part time (4 days per week), Kirrawee Location

As a Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth care operations through efficient service scheduling, administrative excellence, and resident query resolution. This position is key to maintaining the highest standards of care and service for our residents, fostering meaningful relationships, and upholding the Christian values of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing resident and stakeholder inquiries through calls, emails and in person.
  • Coordinate and schedule care and support services for residents, ensuring timely adjustments as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Anglicare's CRM and other IT systems.
  • Support resident onboarding processes and general administrative tasks.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the workplace.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to engage empathetically with residents and their families.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of staff and stakeholders.
  • Experience in scheduling systems and technology applications.
  • Background in community-based aged care services is highly desirable.
