About The Role
This is an opportunity for a dynamic Senior Finance Leader to join Anglicare, reporting to the Chief Executive- Community and Mission. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the Community and Mission and broader senior leadership team is provided with accurate financial information, insightful analysis, and robust reporting to support the commercial operations and sound decision making to enable the achievement of divisional objectives.

This role is permanent full time and based at our Support office (Norwest) on a hybrid flexible arrangement. Travel to Community and mission sites is required.
The Senior Finance Manager will:
- Work with the Chief Executive to drive the annual budgeting process, for all areas of Community and Mission.
- Work with the Chief Executive, and the Community and Mission leadership team, via the provision of expert advice and data, on devising, modelling, and implementing strategic organisational change initiatives.
- Contribute to the Executive decision-making process by undertaking financial analysis, business case input and review and developing and running financial models.
- Contribute to the improvement of the organisational financial management by collaborating with the Centre of Excellence, by supporting and contributing to initiatives to improve finance systems, processes and reporting.
- Ensures the delivery of monthly financial results, reporting, KPIs and dashboards to ensure a clear understanding of divisional performance to the senior leadership team.
- Provide effective review, analysis and commentary is delivered, to provide key insights, analysis and recommendations to support commercial operations and sound decision making.
- Ensures an effective executive level financial review process is in place to drive the identification, recommendation, and delivery of action plans to address improvement opportunities and business performance.
- Ensures that business planning and project evaluation processes are commercially sound and contribute to divisional objective setting.
- Ensures that divisional budgets and rolling forecasts are prepared and align with organisational performance targets; and are developed through consultation with executive management, and communicated to operational business leaders.
- Ensures that the division develops and maintains relevant KPIs by working closely with operational business leaders as well as ensuring managers understand their KPIs.

Education and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or similar.
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Senior Finance Roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Financial leadership qualities backed up by exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
