About the Role:

Are you a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist looking to make a real impact in people's lives? Join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional care to our community!

As a Physiotherapist you will provide high-quality, person-centred Physiotherapy services that enhance client independence and wellbeing while they are living in their own homes. This role ensures comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, goal setting, and therapeutic interventions that optimise daily living activities while maintaining dignity and choice for all clients.

Permanent Full Time, travelling across, but not limited to Hills District/Lower and Upper North Shore/Northern Beaches/Greater Western Sydney/Nepean.

Specific Accountabilities:

Person-Centred Care

  • Respect and treat all clients with empathy and dignity.
  • Support clients to live their daily life in a way that is meaningful and unique to them.

Clinical Excellence

  • Conduct thorough assessments and document physiotherapy plans.
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Escalate client changes and concerns promptly.

Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with legislation and internal systems.

Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Share specialist knowledge and updates with the team.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support urgent client needs with tailored strategies.
  • Collaborate with Physiotherapy Aides on treatment plans and goals.

Work Health and Safety

  • Promote a safe and clean work environment.
  • Report hazards and incidents, and participate in safety initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in electronic documentation and healthcare software.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum 2 years' post-graduate experience.
  • Experience in aged care or community settings.
  • Valid driver's licence with CTP and TPP insurance.
  • Police Check clearance.
