About the Role

As the Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Resident Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at Woolooware Shores. Reporting to the Village Operations Manager, you will oversee operational workflows, streamline processes, and facilitate collaboration among residents, families, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Coordination - Act as the central point for inquiries, ensuring timely execution of tasks and initiatives
• Administrative Support - Manage calendars, records, reports, and digital filing systems to support key teams
• Process Optimisation - Monitor service delivery, assist with procurement, and troubleshoot systems to enhance operations
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement - Facilitate clear communication between departments, residents, families, and external partners.
• Quality & Safety - Support compliance with policies, procedures, and WHS standards to uphold service excellence.

What We're Looking For

• IT literacy with Microsoft 365 Suite experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to streamline operations and drive efficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in hospitality, property, or facilities management
• Cert III/IV or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred
