As a Care Consultant, you will deliver excellent customer service to all potential new clients / families / advocates, by ensuring referrals are responded to professionally and promptly, and clients are expertly assessed. You will support the growth of Anglicare at Home by show casing our point of difference and enhancing opportunities. This is to be undertaken in line with the organisation's Christian vision, mission, values and strategy, and quality and compliance requirements.
This is a Full Time, maximum term contract position for 12 months. South West Sydney Location.
Ensuring smooth transition from sales intake to the start of care, establishing trust and credibility with potential new clients and their families
Delivery of client care by comprehensively assessing clients' needs and goals, preparing initial care plans and budgets in partnership with the client and family
Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Anglicare's strategy, aged care standards and relevant policies and procedures
Ensuring that all client documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Diploma of Service Coordination/Community Services, and/or equivalent relevant qualification
Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service
Previous experience in the care sector and previous experience in undertaking comprehensive assessments in a home setting
Previous experience is a sales role (highly desirable)
Current driver's licence , own vehicle with third party insurance.
Demonstrated experience in the use of technology and systems.
