About this Position

We’re looking for a forward-thinking, highly articulate change specialist to implement best-practice strategies that enhance organisational capability and build a resilient, high-performing workforce. In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in creating and communicating a healthy, positive and adaptive workplace that delivers meaningful outcomes for the community.

The role

As the Workforce Culture, Capability and Change Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Lead engagement and culture initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and team workshops.
  • Facilitate programs like Beyond Blue’s Belonging Program to promote inclusivity and mental wellbeing.
  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and career growth initiatives.
  • Manage the Learning & Development strategy and budget to optimise resources to drive impactful learning outcomes.
  • Ensure clear communication and stakeholder involvement to support leaders and employees through change.

About you

To be successful you will:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in change management, organisational development, Human Resources, psychology, business, or related field (Master’s highly desirable).
  • Have extensive experience in leading organisational change, development, and driving workplace transformations.
  • Be strong in strategic planning, project management, and talent development experience, including succession planning and leadership frameworks.
  • Hold exceptional facilitation skills, communication, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Be skilled in coaching, mentoring, and leading workshops to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Have an analytical mindset to assess organisational effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Be proficient in People & Culture systems desirable (ELMO, Culture Amp, LinkedIn Learning, etc.).
