About this Position

You’ll be part of a tight, skilled technology delivery team - not the lone wolf - working alongside other Technology Delivery Consultants to deliver digital, technology, and organisational projects and initiatives that matter.

Key responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and governance standards, in fast-paced, self-manage environment
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You’ll engage across the organisation, collaborate closely with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to deliver systems, web, and digital solutions.
  • Technical Implementation: No two initiatives are the same, shape solutions end-to-end, facilitate true cross-functional technology delivery, technical deployments, testing, and agile practices, ensuring smooth transitions into operational support.
  • Innovative Solutions: Conduct R&D and test new technologies, supporting the development of project business cases and white papers. We want you to drive continuous improvement and challenging status quo

Your initial portfolio will likely include:

  • Be You - Australia’s leading national mental health in education initiative.
  • Enterprise and Technology Projects & Initiatives - Organisational change, platform development, digital transformation.

About you

To excel in this role:

  • You’ll need a tertiary qualification in IT, or relevant industry experience.
  • Digital agency or high-velocity project delivery experience is highly desirable
  • We want you to thrive at tackling challenging projects, ensure they are on track, and have the battle scars that prove it
  • Experience in technology delivery across web, apps, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms are essential
  • Project management, strong understanding of agile methodologies and governance frameworks
  • We would like you to adapt dynamically, pivot without losing momentum, deliver fast, deliver smart.
  • Excellent communication (directly, decisively, and humanely) and herd stakeholders, vendors, and partners
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs.
