Are you well-seasoned People & Culture operations and insights lead that drives excellence, change and industry best practice?
We’re seeking a strategic culture builder and innovative leader to oversee critical functions including payroll, P&C systems, talent acquisition, vendor management, reporting, forecasting, governance, and special projects.
In this pivotal role, you’ll combine operational expertise with analytical insights, shaping a compelling and engaging employee experience. You’ll influence best practices, tackle complex challenges, and ensure alignment with organisational goals—all contributing to the success of Beyond Blue’s Strategy 2023+ “Earlier, Easier, Together”.
